All items ship from San jose California , may take up to 4 days after you ordered to be dropped off at the post office. We are not responsible for post office .

Cost and Delivery

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We can only guarantee when your order will be dropped off at the post office.

Hot Weather Advisory

Refunds will not be given for heat-damaged items. Be aware of the delivery. We offer to add an icepack to minimoze this issue.

Incorrect Address

Cancellations

All orders are FINAL SALE once they have been shipped. If you made an order and need to cancel it, please reach out to sugarfootsweetreats@gmail.com Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking and credit card fee.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
